Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Denim
Place the items in their original packaging or a durable alternative, ensuring all tags are still attached and the parcel is securely sealed.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest carrier point.
Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your exchange or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
